RETURNS
Refunds or exchanges can only be considered within 20 days of purchases. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition that they were received. They must also be in their original packaging.
Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be applied to previous or existing orders.
We strongly recommend obtaining/recording tracking on return parcels, as we cannot process returns without physical goods or proof of delivery.
We aim to process all returns within 2 business days of receiving them.
Returns received outside the 20 day time-frame or eligibility will not be refunded.
REFUNDS
Once a return is received and inspected, we will email you confirm that you have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within within 5 business days.
It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure their return meets the above requirements.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you havenât received an expected refund, first check your bank account then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

FAULTYÂ OR INCORRECTÂ ITEMS
If we have significantly misrepresented the product or provided an incorrect description, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement product, a store credit, or refund.
To ensure that this does not happen, we put as much information about the product as possible on the product page under "description" and we also put in addition to the original images, real images so that the customer can see how the product is in a common photo without any type of filter.
EXCHANGES
If you have purchased a wrong size or damaged item, please, contact us to exchange the product as soon as possible at contact@eclecticcollection.com.au.
GIFTS
If an item was marked as a gift, when purchased, and shipped directly to you youâll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If an item wasnât marked as a gift when purchased or the purchaser had the order shipped to themselves, we will arrange a refund to the purchaser.
SHIPPING
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
